My videocam on my Mac does not work with skype. It worked previously, and works now with facetime. Type ~/Library/Application Support Open the Skype folder. Skype for Business 2016 for MAC. Skype for Business/Lync for Windows. Log out of Skype for Business/Lync. Delete any sign-in info (only in Skype For Business 2013/2016). ~/Library/Application Support > Skype folder ~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins > MeetingJoinPlugin.plugin.

Sent it to Trash and emptied trash but the name still shows up in my drop down list when I open Skype.

The notice area with the Lync symbol To reduce the Lync image to the notice area instead of to thé Taskbar:. ln Lync, click the Choices image ( ). In the still left pane of the 'Lync - Choices' window, click Common, if it is certainly not already pointed out. Near the bottom part of the home window, under 'Program Windowpane', check Minimize to the notification area instead of the job club. To end Lync from operating, you must signal out. You can do therefore by clicking the image in the notice region and selecting Indication Out there.
